Day 1 - Session 1 - Legs and Back

I had started working out last week itself. I did 4 workouts and all of them I could not go over 30 minutes. I have packed up so many pounds that it is so hard to even think that these work outs are about an hour long.

But today, I had made up my mind on this workout and put in all I had. A phone call in the middle of the workout completely took me away and all I could come back to was the stretch and AB Ripper. Got my butt kicked and I am feeling sore. It is all good I guess.

I need to prepare myself better by eating the right sncak in the afternoon. Stopped Chocolate at work - this was one of the magic ingredients of my previous successful 5 weeks) run. I am going to establish that standard again. For tomorrow all I am hoping for is a full workout and from then - I want to be ready to bring it on.
