Day 8 - Session 4 - Plyometrics

Plyometrics-X: This has kicked my butt for a long time now. Since my first round, the one I stopped in 5 weeks, my weekest workouts has been the plyo. Something or the other will not be right. Either I was not in the right frame of mind or I had a headache or I was lazy to push play or something else. I had made up my mind this morning that I shall try and eat right in the afternoon to prepare myself for the onslaught.

It worked like a charm. I was able to go through all the exercises with great difficulty. Neither did I reach the high intensity level nor was I able to do the exercises for all the 30 seconds. But I did my best. In the middle of my workout, the sweet heart called and I had to guide her through the streets of Florida. But - hey - What is this workout worth if the lady is unhappy and scared. So I paused for 20 minutes and came back and finished the Sports section of the workout. It feels great. I have a huge gut and it is not helping me. I am happy I pushed play and I will push it again tomorrow.

My Diet:
A cup of cereals with organic milk
9 M&M's
5 Peanut M&M's
Crispy egg noodles with Tofu and vegetables for lunch
One cup of coffee at work (I am gonna stop the afternoon coffee- it is burnt)
A handful of almonds - probably had too much.
3 Wheat tortillas for dinner
