Day 9 - Session 5 - Arms and Shoulders

I can very well call this my forte. I guess there is a general opinion that this is a lighter workout when compared to Plyo. In all regards - this was a great workout session. I had the right frame of mind to bring it and I pushed play.

I tried a few biceps exercises with heavier weights and I was able to feel the burn. This made me feel good. On the shoulders - it is pretty much the same as always. I have not progressed much. But I was able to do all the exercises in an orderly manner. Triceps was a completely different story. I love working out my Triceps. I found out that working my triceps with bands is smoother and accurate than using weights. I was happy to make that discovery. Again - the sweet heart called in between wanting to know the day's activities. I took a break for 10 mins in between.

Ab Ripper was good. I have definitely made some improvements - but nothing major.

My Diet:
Cereal bar & Grande Cafe Latte' from Starbucks (I hit the restroom 6 times as the milk messed me up)
Veggie Sandwich from Quiznos with some new crispy chips (100 Calories)
1 Candy, a 80 calorie chocolate drink, 1 diet sprite
2 peanut brittles
Some roasted Grams
Dinner?
No Protein shake tonight - staying away from milk

Drank some water - not great and not too bad either.
