Day 2 - Session 2 - KenpoX

This was a good day. I should congratulate myself for pushing play and I am proud of myself. As always - KenpoX was a great workout. I completed the whole workout and I am feeling great about it.

I was not able to do all the counts - but hey - it is a new start, I am happy. But I can push further. I am planning on doing another workout tomorrow - if someone is reading this - pray for me.

My Diet:
2 cups of coffee at work
4 M&M's - I caved in
6 inch veggie, cookie and chocolate milk (low fat)
Not a satisfactory amount of water consumption
Breakfast - cereal with milk
Protien shake after workout.
Dinner - ??
