Day 7 - Session 3 - Chest and Back

I took a day off on Thursday and after that I just could not get back into the swing of things until today (the next Monday). I have tagged this blog as Day 7 meaning exactly what it says. But this is just session -3.

The workout went great. I paced myself during the first set. Half way through the second set, I had to stop due to heart burns. I had to go out and grab a Diet Coke to help me out. At that point, I thought I was done - but something got over me and I came back in 15 mins to knock it down.

I was also able to do AB Ripper X and it was fun. I discovered that I am comfortable without my shoes on for this routine. Overall - a nice workout

My Diet:
Breakfast: A cup of cereals with organic milk
Lunch: Grilled veggies, Guacamole, flour tortillas, Ice tea, chocolate brownie and a lemon desert.
2 caramel chocolates in between
2 cups of coffee with cream and sugar
A protien shake with milk
Dinner - Rice, mixed vegetables curry (home-made)

A bad regime of diet today. I also consumed a decent amount of water.
